Innovation and skill transfer:  Innovation is the nucleus of our organization. On a daily basis, we lookout for ways in which we are already serving as good stewards and opportunities to improve our stewardship of the resources that have been given to us. We know that we have been given this opportunity by God to serve to double them all for the glory of God.

Volunteerism; We appreciate your time, skills, and experience that you bring into the organization to support individuals and families achieve self-sufficiency. Our volunteers are our precious resource and we value them, champion them and engage them in a positive and mutually beneficial way.
